The aim is to foster the development of business and personal skills through various activities targeted at the specific needs and interests of local businesswomen. And, to assist in promoting local businesses and organisations, and promoting the women responsible for making those businesses and organisations so successful.

It is for women from all parts of the Greater Frankston Community - be they business owners, managers or employees; working in the private or public sector; operating in industry, education, health or government enterprises; currently working or not.

In 2010 have introduced a new format for Westpac Karingal's WomenConnect Frankston so that not only is it a networking opportunity - but also a professional development opportunitiy - providing tips and tricks for you to apply to your workplace.

Membership
You don't need to be a member to attend Westpac Karingal's WomenConnect Frankston events.  However, if you are a current financial member of the Frankston Business Chamber you will benefit from discounted event fees.
